This project aimed to make the “NihonGO NOW!” textbook even more accessible to learners of Japanese, especially those who may be blind or dyslexic. To achieve this, we produced a mock audiobook of ACT 4 that integrates English narration with the textbook's Japanese audio examples. The production process was significantly time-demanding. Editing the audio for ACT 4 alone required over 30 hours of work. Driven by the principle that education is a human right and accessibility is non-negotiable, this project demanded that I enhance my audio production skills, developing a workflow to efficiently process the large volume of material on a tight deadline.
